Step 3. Contract and Deposit

Once you’re ready, we’ll guide you through the process of signing the contract and securing your new home with a deposit. Our team will walk you through the details, making sure you’re fully informed and confident in your decision
Step 4. Time to Build

Once contracts are signed, we get to work. Throughout construction, we follow a prompt but pragmatic schedule, providing you with regular updates to ensure a smooth and stress-free building experience.
